From May 9 to May 10, Leaves & Vines presents a limited Mother’s Day set menu, extending the artistry of French pâtisserie into a complete dining table experience.
The meal opens with an elegant starter — guests may choose between “Wagyu Beef Carpaccio” or the classic “Cardini Caesar Salad”. Main course selections offer a choice of “Charcoal-Grilled Norwegian Salmon” or “Crispy Yilan Cherry Duck Breast” — from the clean, delicate notes of the sea to the layered richness of duck, setting a warm and unhurried festive rhythm. The meal concludes gracefully with “Pink Guava Mousse”, where the fruity brightness of red-fleshed guava entwines with lemon sponge and grapefruit compote, leaving a light and luminous finish that echoes the gentle radiance of the occasion.
