We continue to elevate the quality and experience of our morning offering, and through this collaboration with Nespresso and celebrated culinary talent, we aim to reimagine the meaning of five-star breakfast, crafting a more layered morning welcome for every guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new menu is conceived by Chef Richie Lin of MMHG, whose restaurants have long been recognized among Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, and brought to life by the culinary team led by David Chauveau, Executive Chef of Western Cuisine at InterContinental Taichung, who oversees the dish refinement and buffet presentation. Together, under the theme “Around the World,” they have created a limited-time breakfast experience \u2014 inviting guests to embark on a culinary journey across global flavors from the very first morning of their stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From July 1 to August 31, guests staying at InterContinental Taichung with a breakfast-inclusive package may enjoy five exclusive dishes at the IL LIMONE buffet counter on the first floor during breakfast hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/br>\n\n\n\n
